Will our janitor bring in our own cleaning supplies?
Yes! We will bring everything needed for your cleaning except the cleaners will not bring laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, or trash can liner.
How to exchange key for janitor to get in?
Most hosts have a lockbox or electronic lock or just simply hide the key somewhere for the cleaners. Please provide the location of the key or lockbox code in the notes schedule when you book. We do not hold onto spare keys.
What are vacation rental cleaning and refill service?
Vacation rental cleaning is to make your unit prepared for next arrival customers. Our janitors are required to take pictures for before cleaning and pictures for after cleaning. We also do refill for necessary items, like toiletries supplies, kitchen supplies and will provide you a list to order when certain inventory is running low. Please note that these are turnover cleanings and therefore are not deep cleaning. If your unit requires a deep cleaning, please let us know.
Turnover cleaning service?
Our janitors are all experienced in turnover cleaning service. The price in our price page is only for vacation rental clean up but if you are interested in our turnover clean up service and require special product to clean up, please contact me and we need at least 3 business days advanced for the appointment.
When will the janitor arrive?
Most check out time is before 11am and check in time is 1p, to 4 pm but it is up to you. Our goal is to have the place cleaned before your next guest, and that's what is going to happen! Your cleaners will have the place ready before the scheduled arrival time of the next guest...the cleaners will NOT arrive exactly at the scheduled time but will enter anytime after check out and at least 2 hours before check in. So your cleaners arrive some time in between the check out and check in time to get your place presentable and all refill items are there.
Do you do laundry?
We use the linen that you provide us or you can rent the linen supplies from us. Laundry service is included in the price as long as the machines are on-site or in-building. If you are leasing our items, we will bring in clean sheets and towels to change every time.
How the leasing linen supplies work?
We have mattress fitted sheets, comforter covers, fitted sheets, towels can lease to our customers. Call details for price and availability.
What is the before picture service for?
Our janitors will take pictures before cleaning and try to catch any damage for you but we cannot guarantee that our janitors can catch everything but they are all experienced in vacation rental and a lot of time they will inform our PM for damaged or missing items. However, we are not in charge for check out inspection.
What is the after service pictures for?
Like the before pictures service, the after service pictures are very helpful and can protect the owners from lots of complaints.
